as a lawyer i certainly agree with you on the value of solid documentation..

let me also add that people should beware of lawyers who push them to sign highly complex documents that absolutely nobody can understand (which is different from timely to understand)..

documentation should be practical and relevant.. it should be user friendly and serve its stakeholders..
